All parties may submit pre-hearing or post-hearing briefs sua sponte, or may be required to do so by the hearing examiner.
Post-hearing briefs shall include proposed findings of fact, proposed conclusions of law, points and authorities, and proposed orders.
The hearing examiner may establish the time within which such briefs shall be submitted.
