No taxicab company, association, or fleet, or its agent, shall discriminate based upon race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, familial status, family responsibilities, matriculation, political affiliation, genetic information, disability, source of income, status as a victim of an intra-family offense, or place of residence or business.
Discriminatory conduct may include, but is not limited to the following:
Discrimination based on a disability may include refusing to assist in the transportation of a person using a Service Animal or Comfort Animal because of an undocumented personal allergic reaction to animals or potential allergic reactions of future customers.
