Rule 31-308 - RECORDS OF MEETINGS

308.1

The Secretary shall cause the creation of a formal record of the official proceedings of Panel meetings by tape recording. All written documents and materials of the Panel shall be preserved by the Secretary.

308.2

The Secretary shall prepare a summary of attendance and actions officially taken at each meeting.
