Rule 30-805 - GAME SELL OUT PROHIBITION

805.1

Game sell outs shall be prohibited and no person shall directly and knowingly sell a ticket or combination of tickets to any person or entity which would guarantee the purchaser a prize, including a POWER BALL^® Grand Prize.
