Rule 30-613 - DISSEMINATION OF WINNING NUMBERS INFORMATION
613.1

The dissemination and publication of winning numbers by telephone or in the media is for informational purposes only, and the Agency shall not pay a prize based upon information obtained from the LOT LINE or any source other than the official draw results electronically recorded in the central computer system.
