Rule 30-302 - BONDING OF AGENTS

302.1

Before the license is issued and an on-line computer terminal is assigned, the Agency shall require each agent to be bonded in an amount determined by the Agency so as to avoid any monetary loss to the District resulting from the sale of lottery tickets.
