Rule 30-2200 - SCOPE OF CHAPTER

2200.1

The purpose of this chapter is to implement the Revised Game of Skill Machines Consumer Protections Emergency Amendment Act of 2020, (A23-0479) effective October 1, 2020; 67 DCR 13284 (November 3, 2020).("Act") establishes procedures for implementing Game of Skill ("GOS") and GOS Machines ("GOS Machines") within the District of Columbia ("District").
