Rule 30-2113 - REPORTING

2113.1

The Sports Wagering Operator shall submit reports to the Office that include the following information:

(a) The total amount of sports wagers received from Sports Wagering;

(b) The total amount of prizes awarded for sports betting;

(c) The total amount of Gross Sports Wagering Revenue (GGR) received by the Operator;

(d) The total number of authorized sports bettors that requested to exclude themselves from sports wagering; a nd

(e) Any additional information the Office considers necessary.

2113.2

Reports shall be submitted on a monthly basis or as otherwise required by the Office.

2113.3

Reports shall be submitted on forms and in a manner required by the Office.
