The District of Columbia Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board ("Board") was established by the "Law to Legalize Lotteries, Daily Numbers Games and Bingo and Raffles for Charitable Purposes in the District of Columbia," D.C. Law 3-172 (also referred to as the "Act"), D.C. Official Code § 3-1301 et seq.
The Board shall exercise its authority by majority vote of its members.
The Board shall not be bound in any way by any action or statement of an individual member or group of members except that action or statement is authorized by a majority vote of the Board.
The Board shall exercise its duties according to D.C. Official Code § 3-1301 et seq.
