Rule 3-4305 - INVALID CLAIMS

4305.1

Claims for matching funds will not be approved if:

(a) The contribution is from an impermissibleSource;

(b) The contribution is not properly documented;

(c) The contribution is improperly Reported

(d) The contribution exceeds the contribution limits;

(e) The contribution is not from an individual; or

(f) The individual contributor is not a resident of the District of Columbia.
