Rule 3-4106 - LIMITATIONS ON THE USE OF EXPLORATORY COMMITTEE FUNDS
4106.1

Exploratory committee funds shall be used solely for the purpose of financing, directly or indirectly, anexamination of the feasibility of becoming a candidate for a public office in the Districtof Columbia.

4106.2

The provisions of § 3013 of Chapter 30 of this title, concerning impermissible uses of campaign funds, shall apply to exploratory committees unless the expenditures stated therein are solely related to exploratory activities.
