Rule 3-402 - NOTICE OF HEARINGS402.1The parties shall be given sufficient opportunity to prepare for the hearing.
402.2The Board's Office of General Counsel shall send a notice of hearing to the party or parties involved which shall:
(a) Provide the time, date, and location of the hearing;(b) Reference applicable statutes, rules, or regulations;(c) State the purpose of the hearing;(d) Advise the party or parties that they may be represented by counsel or other representative of their choosing; and(e) Advise the party or parties that they may bring witnesses.
