Rule 3-1608 - WRITE-IN NOMINATION
1608.1

Write-in nominations for any of the offices described in this chapter shall be permitted for any election. Affirmation of the write-in nominee's candidacy shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 of this title.
