Rule 3-1408 - WRITE-IN NOMINATION

1408.1

Write-in nominations for President and Vice President of the United States shall be permitted, subject to the party's plan submitted to the Board pursuant to this chapter. Affirmation of write-in candidacy shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 of this title.
