Rule 29-8213 - RECORD RETENTION AND ACCESS

8213.1

The grantee shall retain all records for a period of at least three (3) years following final close-out of the grant, if no other period is specified in the grant agreement.

8213.2

The grantee shall make all records available to the Director for audit by the Grant Officer, other District officials, and Federal officials as necessary.
