Rule 29-7113 - PROGRAM OVERSIGHT AND INTEGRITY

7113.1

DHCF and the Lead Agency shall comply with the agreement set forth in the Memorandum of Agreement.

7113.2

All records shall be available for review by DHCF, OSSE, CMS, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
