Rule 29-6409 - CONFIDENTIALITY AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

6409.1

The District and all providers shall protect the confidentiality of all information that identifies individual Demonstration Project recipients. The District and all providers shall maintain the same standards of confidentiality for recipient information as it maintains for recipients in the Medicaid program.

6409.2

Identifying individual recipient information shall not be disclosed except for purposes directly connected with the administration of the Demonstration Project or as otherwise provided by applicable District and/or federal law and regulations.
