Rule 29-2812 - DISPOSITION OF REPORTS OF FETAL DEATHS

2812.1

Reports of fetal death, required to be filed pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 7-213(a), are statistical reports that shall only be used for medical and health purposes and shall not be incorporated into the permanent official records of the system of vital records.

2812.2

The Registrar is authorized to dispose of the reports of fetal death when all statistical processing of the reports is complete.
