Rule 29-2808 - DELAYED REGISTRATION OF BIRTH: DISMISSAL OF APPLICATION

2808.1

Each application for a delayed certificate which has not been completed within one (1) year from the date of application may be dismissed at the discretion of the Registrar.

2808.2

Upon dismissal, the Registrar shall so inform the applicant, and return each document submitted in support of the registration to the applicant in person or by mail to the last known address.
