For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed:
COVID-19 - the disease caused by SARS-CoV-2.
Department - the Department of Human Services.
Continuum of Care - has the same meaning as set forth in Section 2(8) of the HSRA (D.C. Official Code §§ 4-751.01(8))
Homeless shelter - a shelter, as defined in Section 2(37) of the HSRA (D.C. Official Code §§ 4-751.01(37))
HSRA - the Homeless Services Reform Act of 2005, effective October 22, 2005 (D.C. Law 16-35; D.C. Official Code §§ 4-751.01et seq.).
