Rule 29-2024 - DURATION OF BENEFITS

2024.1

The Department shall continue to pay health insurance premiums until one (1) of the following occurs:

(a) The recipient becomes eligible for Medicare benefits;

(b) The recipient is re-employed and can obtain health benefits under the new employer's group plan;

(c) Thirty (30) months from the month the employee is unable to continue working; or

(d) Funding identified for the program pursuant to§ 2020.2 is exhausted.
