Rule 29-1634 - REFERRALS TO ADOPTION RESOURCE EXCHANGE

If an adoptive family is not immediately available for a child or a child for a family, the child-placing agency shall make referrals of the child or family to other adoption agencies, photograph listing services, and state, religious, or national adoption resource exchanges.
