Each child-placing agency shall provide services to adoptive applicants to assist them in making an informed decision about adoption.
Each child-placing agency shall provide an opportunity for the applicants to participate in the adoptive study and the evaluation of his or her potential for meeting the needs of the children available for adoption.
Each child-placing agency shall discuss children available for adoption with the adopting family.
Each child-placing agency shall prepare the adoptive family for the placement of a particular child. Preparation shall include:
A child-placing agency employee shall visit the adoptive family at least three (3) times after the placement of a child prior to final decree. Observations made during the visits shall be used in making recommendations for the finalization of the adoption.
The child-placing agency shall make services available to the adoptive parents, the birth parents, and the adoptee after the finalization of the adoption.
