Rule 29-1616 - STUDENT FIELD PLACEMENTS/INTERNSHIPS1616.1Each child-placing agency which accepts students as interns for field placements shall:
(a) Develop a written plan describing their tasks and functions;(b) Provide a copy of the plan to each student and his or her school;(c) Require personal references and a criminal records and child abuse clearance;(d) Designate a staff member to supervise and evaluate the students; and(e) Develop a plan for orientation and training of students in the philosophy of the agency, needs of the children in care, and of their families.1616.2A student shall not assume the responsibilities of any paid staff member.
