A child-placing agency may employ a licensed social worker to provide social work service on a contractual basis.
A social worker employed on a contractual basis shall not be considered a member of the child-placing agency's social work staff.
A social worker employed on a contractual basis shall comply with the qualifications for social workers as set out in § 1613 of this chapter.
