Rule 29-1312 - NOTICE OF SANCTIONS TO OTHER PARTIES

1312.1

When a provider has been excluded, terminated or suspended pursuant to § 1304, the Director shall notify the following parties regarding any action taken and the effective date:

(a) HCFA; and

(b) The following, as appropriate:

(1) Members of the public;

(2) Recipients;

(3) Professional Standard Review Organizations;

(4) Other providers and organizations;

(5) Medical societies and professional organizations;

(6) State and District licensing boards and affected state and District agencies and organization; and

(7) Medicare carriers and intermediaries.
