D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 29, r. 29-10399
When used in this chapter, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed:
Case Manager - An employee of an HSS agency that furnishes direct HSS services and meets the qualification requirements set forth in Chapter 74 of Title 29 DCMR.
Case Manager Supervisor - An employee of an HSS agency that supervises case managers, may furnish direct HSS services, and meets the qualification requirements set forth in Chapter 74 of Title 29 DCMR.
Direct Care Costs - Allowable salary and benefit costs of case managers and case manager supervisors associated with the provision of HSS services.
Housing Supportive Services (HSS) - Shall have the same meaning as set forth in Chapter 74 of Title 29 of the DCMR.
HSS Agency - The individual, organization, or corporation, public or private, that provides HSS services, meets the qualifications set forth in § 10301 and 10302, and seeks reimbursement for providing those services under the Medicaid program.
Non-Direct Care Costs - Allowable costs that are not directly related to direct HSS services, but an agency would expect to incur as part of the provision of HSS services.
Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP) - Shall have the same meaning as set forth in Chapter 74 of Title 29 DCMR.
