Rule 28-2032 - COMMUNICATIONS FROM INTERESTED PERSONS2032.1The Commission will issue a public notice of the judge's declared candidacy for reappointment, the Commission's fitness review and the public comment period.
2032.2The general public, the bar, court personnel, and other judges may communicate to the Commission, preferably in writing, any information they may have that is pertinent to the candidacy of a judge for renomination. The Commission will give consideration to all materials submitted as to the judge's suitability for reappointment.
