Rule 28-2020 - GRANTS OF IMMUNITY
2020.1

Whenever a witness refuses, on the basis of his or her privilege against selfincrimination, to testify or produce papers, books, records, accounts, documents, transcriptions, or other physical things and the Commission determines that his or her testimony, or production of evidence, is necessary, it may order the witness to testify or to produce the evidence under a grant of immunity against subsequent use of the testimony or evidence, as prescribed by D.C. Official Code §§ 11-1527(c)(2).
