Rule 27-903 - TRANSFER OF DISTRICT AND FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY

903.1

The CPDO may transfer surplus District property between District agencies.

903.2

The CPDO may transfer federal surplus property to a District agency for use in carrying out or promoting, for residents of the District, a public purpose, including conservation, economic development, education, parks and recreation, public health, and public safety.
