Rule 27-820 - JUDICIAL REVIEW820.1A party suffering a legal wrong or adversely affected or aggrieved by a final decision of the OAH may seek review of the decision by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals pursuant to Section 19(c)-(e) of the Office of Administrative Hearings Establishment Act of 2001, effective March 6, 2002 (D.C. Law 14-76; D.C. Official Code § 2-1831.16(c) -(e)).
