Rule 50-5047 - CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION
5047.1

The Contracting Officer is responsible for maintaining documentation regarding the contract and the procurement.

5047.2

The contract file, which may be entirely electronic, shall include:

(a) The solicitation and any amendments;
(b) The contract and any modifications;
(c) Any type of documentation that is specifically required to be maintained in the contract file by other sections of this chapter; and
(d) Any other documentation that may be necessary to memorialize determinations and important decisions or events relating to the procurement or the contract.
