Rule 50-5024 - NOTICE OF EMERGENCY PROCUREMENTS

5024.1

Notice of emergency procurement awards, regardless of dollar amount, shall be published on the OAG website within seven (7) days of award. The notice shall include:

(a) The determination and findings justifying the emergency procurement;

(b) A description of the goods and services procured;

(c) The name of the contractor; and

(d) A copy of the contract.
