Rule 50-5012 - CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

5012.1

A prospective contractor must:

(a) Be responsible; and

(b) Not be disqualified on the basis of conflicts of interest (either personal or organizational) or related ethical concerns.

5012.2

The issues of responsibility and conflicts of interests/disqualification are addressed in §§ 5013 and 5015 respectively.
