Rule 27-507 - RIGHT TO APPEAL CONTRACTING OFFICER'S TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DECISION
507.1

If a COTR denies an application, the COTR shall notify the contracting officer who shall advise the private entity to notify the applicant of such determination. The private entity shall inform the applicant in writing that she or he may appeal the denial to the Commission on Human Rights within thirty (30) days of the determination.
