Rule 27-3800 - PROTESTS

3800.1

In accordance with the provisions of § 1003 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C. Official Code § 2-360.03 (2011 Repl.)) (Act), all protests shall be filed with the District of Columbia Contract Appeals Board (CAB) in accordance with the CAB's rules. The CAB has original jurisdiction to decide all protests of solicitations or awards.

Each solicitation issued by the District shall inform prospective bidders or offerors that protests must be filed in accordance with the provisions of § 1008 of the Act and the CAB's rules.
