Rule 27-2415 - DEFINITE-QUANTITY CONTRACTS

2415.1

The contracting officer may use a definite-quantity contract when it can be determined in advance that a specific quantity of goods or services will be required during the contract period, and the goods or services are regularly available or will be available after a short lead time.
