Rule 27-1605 - REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS IN THE SET-ASIDE MARKET1605.1Before the contracting officer restricts a CSP procurement to the small business set-aside market, the contracting officer shall determine that:
(a) There is a reasonable expectation that proposals will be obtained from at least two (2) responsible small business enterprises certified by the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD); and(b) An award will be made at reasonable prices.D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 27, r. 27-1605
