Rule 27-1605 - REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS IN THE SET-ASIDE MARKET

1605.1

Before the contracting officer restricts a CSP procurement to the small business set-aside market, the contracting officer shall determine that:

(a) There is a reasonable expectation that proposals will be obtained from at least two (2) responsible small business enterprises certified by the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD); and

(b) An award will be made at reasonable prices.
