Rule 27-1523 - PRE-OPENING MODIFICATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS1523.1Bids may be modified or withdrawn by written notice received at the location designated in the IFB prior to the time and date set for bid opening. An electronic modification or withdrawal received from the bidder prior to the time and date set for bid opening will be effective; provided that, there is objective evidence in electronic form confirming that the modification or withdrawal was received prior to the time and date set for bid opening.
1523.2If a bid is withdrawn in accordance with this subsection, the bid security, if any, shall be returned to the bidder.
