Rule 27-1300 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Director shall maintain an Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) Internet site that provides the public with notice of opportunities to participate in the District's procurement process, notice of contract awards and other relevant information about District procurements.

Notice of Final Rulemaking published at 58 DCR 9514 (November 11, 2011) repealed and replaced the previously existing with a new chapter 13 (Publicizing Contract Actions) which amended sections 1300 and 1301, and added sections 1302 through 1308.
