Rule 26-C2512 - VALIDITY OF COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
2512.1

In any transaction involving the modernization, rehabilitation, repair, alteration, improvement, or construction of real property, a writing signed by the buyer that the work has been satisfactorily completed shall not be valid or of any effect unless the work to be performed by the seller has been actually completed prior to the time of signing.
