Rule 26-A903 - INSURANCE POLICY DISTRIBUTION

903.1

On or before the effective date of coverage, Insurance Companies shall submit an original policy to the named insured and comparable evidence of the policy to the Departments of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, Human Services, and Public Works.
