Rule 26-A8209 - BOOKS AND RECORDS8209.1Each provider shall maintain its books and records in the District of Columbia and shall not remove from the District of Columbia its books and records without the permission of the Commissioner.
8209.2Each provider shall maintain its books and records for three (3) years.
