Rule 26-A4500 - APPLICABILITY

4500.1

These rules shall apply to domestic corporations issued a certificate of authority pursuant to § 6 of the Hospital and Medical Services Corporation Regulatory Act of 1996, effective April 9, 1997 (D.C. Law 11-245; D.C. Official Code § 31-3505 (2001)).

4500.2

A corporation shall comply with the requirements of these rules within 30 days after they become effective.
