Rule 26-A3755 - SUBSIDIARIES OF DOMESTIC INSURERS

3755.1

The authority to invest in subsidiaries under Section 3 of the Holding Company Act is in addition to any authority to invest in subsidiaries which may be contained in any other provision of the Insurance Code.
