Rule 26-A3700 - APPLICABILITY

3700.1

This regulation shall apply to all captive insurance companies formed or licensed under the provisions of the Captive Insurance Company Act of 2000, effective October 21, 2000 (D.C. Law 13-192; 47 DCR 7320), and the Captive Insurance Company Act of 2004, effective March 17, 2005 (D.C. Law 15-262; 52 DCR 1205), and the amendments thereto.
