Rule 26-A311 - ASSIGNED RISK PLANS: ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE

311.1

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the policies of insurance issued under the District of Columbia Insurance Placement Act (FAIR Plan), the District of Columbia Automobile Insurance Plan (D.C.A.I.P.), the District of Columbia Workmen's Compensation Act, on any accident or health insurance policy.
