The purpose of §§ 2511-2513 is to set forth the procedures for the filing and required contents of the Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure ("CGAD") and to implement the provisions of Insurer Corporate Governance Annual Report Act of 2021("Act"), effective September 22, 2021 (D.C. Law 24-26; 68 DCR 7994).
