Rule 26-A213 - INDUCEMENTS USED BY LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS OR COMPANIES
213.1

A life insurance company or agent shall not use certain inducement events in the selling of life insurance. For example, a company or agent shall not hold a "Child's Picnic" nor use "picnic eligibility" as an inducement to a parent in selling insurance covering a child.
