Rule 26-A1812 - FALSE CLAIMS
1812.1

The Administration, upon a finding that a claim has been falsely asserted, shall promptly notify the Office of the Corporation Counsel that a false claim has been asserted and request an investigation by the Office of Compliance of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs.
